Votreportrait.fr uses a top-of-the-range printing technique called "giclee". Many artists around the world have chosen this technique for reproductions of their works.
The inks, made with pigments provide dense and bright colours. The resin contained in the inks ensures lasting hold (several decades). And in terms of the precision of detail, the projection of millions of tiny droplets creates such a tightly-knit effect that the dots are invisible.
Votreportrait.fr creates these prints in its own workshops in Marseilles and has 5 years of experience in art work reproductions.

The print is produced on different supports: canvas or photo paper (for mosaics).

The canvas used is a 350g cotton canvas, which is mat for a more elegant effect. It is then stretched on a wooden frame and adjusted with corner stretchers. Hey presto, your print is ready! All you need to do is to hang it up using the fastener fixed on the back of it.

Thephoto paper used is 260g glossy paper. The photo paper’s coating is very fine which offers an unequalled level of precision in the picture. The mosaics are sent rolled in an attractive transparent tube. A case for your personalised gift.

First of all, your photo is cropped and adjusted to the chosen format. Then, it is worked in such a way as to process each part of the face, the clothing and any accessories separately. From a black and white structure, our graphic artists then colour the image according to the options given in your order (bright colours, pastels, choco, fire, etc.). The pop art spirit comes to life!
