The process of creating your personalised couple’s gift

And to ensure the portrait truly reflects you, we don’t use any off-the-shelf filters or artificial intelligence software. Facial features are illustrated based on your photo using a range of artistic techniques, and the whole design is creatively adapted to the style you’ve chosen. Your personalised couple’s gift is then printed and dispatched in just a few days.

How long will it take to receive my custom portrait ?
The standard production and delivery time for your custom portrait is 7 to 8 working days from the date of order, excluding weekends and public holidays. An express option is available to reduce this to 5 working days.
Is it possible to see a preview before ordering ?
No, as each portrait is created manually by our graphic designer Claire, rather than generated automatically. However, you will receive a preview by email before printing so you can check the result and request any changes if necessary.
What materials do you use to print my couple’s portrait ?
On the product page, you can choose to have it printed on stretched canvas or on glossy photo paper (a frame must be purchased separately).
Which photo should I choose for the portrait ?
To ensure a successful personalised couple’s gift, choose a clear photo where both your faces are clearly visible. If you don’t have a photo of the two of you together, it is possible to combine two separate photos.
