When should I order my personalised gift to receive it before Mother’s Day ?
The standard turnaround time is 7 to 8 working days, so we recommend ordering your portrait by February 24 at the latest. We also offer an express delivery option which reduces the turnaround time to 5 days.
Which photo should I choose for a portrait ?
The photo must be of sufficient resolution (minimum 200 KB), with a clear, well-lit face. Please feel free to send us several photos; we’ll let you know which one is of the best quality.
Can I create a custom portrait using several photos ?
Yes, it is possible to combine people photographed separately into a single portrait. Our graphic designer will create a photomontage and send it to you for approval before starting the design.
Can I see the creation before it’s printed ?
Yes, absolutely! Within 1 to 2 working days of placing your order, Claire will email you a preview of your portrait. You can then ask her to make any changes if necessary.
